You can always unsubscribe yourself from the Distant Suns email service by either using the provided link in the email that contains our monthly newsletter or by using our web site or mailing: delivery@distantsuns.dk . SUBJECT MUST SAY "REMOVE" without quotes!! We will delete all your personal information from our system within 24 hours after we receive your request.

What do TwinLight Online use my personal info for? The information you provide about yourself is held securely on the TwinLight Online server. This information is used only to provide you with the monthly Distant Suns newsletter, special celestial events, offers from the author of Distant Suns and provides the ability for us (TwinLight Online) to offer you goods and services appropriate to your interests, based on a click-tracking feature added to the newsletter by TwinLight Online.

This feature does not under any circumstances gather personal information from the readers computer. What it does, is it adds the address of our server to the links in the newsletter. When a newsletter link is clicked on, this particular action is first sent to our web server, then the reader is forwarded to the link address he or she requested in the first place. This way we are able to more precisely direct info that matches your interests in the future based on what you click on but from time to time, we will broadcast the newsletter without tracking turned on. By doing so, we have no way of seeing if our newsletters are being read or clicked on.

We would like to make it clear, that NO personal or sensitive settings on your entire computer system is sent to TwinLight Online or any other parties what so ever.

Your email address cannot be on our list unless you submitted it yourself, or gave others access to your computer. Our subscription system prevents third parties from subscribing second partie's email accounts.

We do not, under any circumstances, collect email addresses from the internet or buy commercially sold CD's containing large lists of email accounts, just to gain thousands of members. Our newsletter service is based upon the fact, that YOU need to come to us if you want to subscribe.
Of course, we cannot yet check for email fraud by sending out confirmation emails to the addresses submitted but the unsubscription link that follows each newsletter, is unique and will unsubscribe the account to which it was originally sent. We do not subscribe you to other services within our organisation or to any other third parties upon clicking on the unsubscribtion link.
